If you’ve bought and already received delivery of a new Galaxy Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra, you might be looking in the retail box for something that isn’t there – a pair of official USB-C headphones. Samsung seems to have accidentally omitted the headphones with orders in the US, but the good news is that the electronics giant will send you a pair of USB-C headphones, but only if you ask them to.
Don’t worry, claiming your free pair of headphones won’t take much effort. All you need to do is head over to the Samsung Care website (Here) and type in your mobile number. Press Enter and then Samsung will send you a secure link whereby you will need to provide the IMEI number of your Galaxy Note 20 handsets. After you’ve done that, Samsung will ask for your shipping address and then it’s just a case of waiting for them to ship the USB-C headphones to you.
Should they have come in the box from the start as they have in the rest of the world? Indubitably, but at least Samsung has provided an avenue to remedy the omission.
